Abstract :
Nowadays, emerging technologies such as IT (information technologies) under ubiquitous environment has become an important issue for asset management and condition assessment of power apparatus. And it has been said that management of electrical network and power apparatus is in fact asset management. The paper explains the potential technologies and the cost benefit in installation, operation and maintenance of electric power system under ubiquitous environment.
