Abstract :
We propose a promising compact dual-frequency printed antenna with orthogonal polarized modes and high isolation between the two feeding ports. Here the patch conductor shape is a circular sector and high dielectric constant material is used to provide good isolation between the up and down-link bands. This good isolation provided by the proposed antenna is used as the basis for the transmit-receive filtering. Details of the novel antenna and its application in an integrated antenna transceiver are presented herein.
