Abstract :
Quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) is a relative equation which reflects organism activity and pysical-chemical parameter. It can calculate the toxicity based on the pysical-chemical parameter. The paper discusses the effect of organic phosphorus pesticides on marine micro-algas, The QSAR model which reflects toxic effects of different organic phosphorus pesticides is appropriate. The analysis of model indicate: the toxic effect of organic phosphorus pesticides has a positive relationship with LogP, a passive relationship with Hf, The model has a good result between experimental value and forecast value.
