Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new GM(1,1) model base on optimizing the original value and the background value. We use forecasting of the annual GDP in Guangdong province as our case study to test the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed model. According to the experimental results, the optimized new model has a much more higher simulation and prediction accuracy.
