Abstract
This work was done in Tunisian Chemical Group (TCG) factory Skhira producing phosphoric acid. It involves studying the filtration of slurry of phosphoric acid manufacture in second stage. This study will focus on the physical modeling of filtration phase and the setpoint is optimization under constraints which takes into account the different functional requirements of the system. The optimized parameters follow a decentralized architecture of production systems.
