Abstract :
The paper propose a principle of novel Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) for two stage two-phase matrix converter with two legs fed two-phase induction motor (TPIM). There are made comparison of matrix inverter fed with high frequency AC voltage with sinusoidal and rectangular shape. There is also proposed comparison of stator currents total harmonic distortion.
