Abstract :
According to working characteristics of rotary flat in certain big equipment, a kind of dynamic angle measuring instrument is designed. In this instrument, angle and displacement are transformed each other with pulse encoder, so it has a simple structure and good precision. After describing the method of measuring dynamic angle of rotary flat with the instrument and signal process, the result of measurement is analyzed at last.
