Abstract :
This paper deals with the design and implementation of an analyzer that evaluates the power quality characteristics in the point of distribution system connected renewable resources according to actual international standards. The main emphasis is put on the assessment of the level of flicker perception. Flicker is brought to the distribution system by renewables due to their fluctuating power. The aim of this paper is to evaluate flicker caused by renewables without affecting the evaluation by the distribution system flicker.
