Abstract :
The text discusses four lightning introduction channels of the base station, analyzes the impact of these lightning introduction channels on the base station, and proposes corresponding resolution for it. Based on the fact that the earth potential rise occurs on the earthing network after the iron tower is struck by lightning and the lightning current flows into the earth, it proposes the concept of secondary counterattack effect. The text identifies the primary lightning current introduction channel, and describes the discovery that “the secondary effect of earth potential counterattack” is the most important factor contributing to the occurrence of surge voltage on the equipment port; it sets up a new lightning protection system of transient equipotential, and proposes a basic lightning protection idea that “takes the earthing network as the basic requirement, while takes the port protection as the critical matter”. This lightning protection model is different from the lightning current dissipation model in the event of lightning strike described in IEC.
