Abstract :
For a series of problems encountered in reusability, upgrades and maintenance of the special equipment control system software, the design idea of developing the universal control software system based on PC and the open motion controller is put forward. The layered architecture of the universal control software system is designed through the software structure analysis and the domain function analysis of the existing equipment control systems. The hardware abstract interface layer which is developed realized the relative separation between the human-machine interface and the specific controller hardware. In order to resolve the problem that the human-machine interfaces of different control objects need to be frequently redeveloped, the commonness components of the human-machine interface are designed the reconfigurable DLL modules. Moreover, the reconfigurable equipment status monitoring human-machine interface DLL is developed. The application results show that the general control software system developed has better reusability.
