Abstract
The possibility of spraying of electric power generation of standardized form opens the possibility to develop a large number of small generators that until then could not be feasible due to lack of regulations and consequent impediment of integration to the interconnected system of electrical power. In this work will be presented the main types of electric power generation and their respective energy potential that also meets Normative Resolution N° 482 of National Electric Energy Agency in Brazil and mainly in the state of Mato Grosso, highlighting the ongoing research project that aims to develop a group generator with asynchronous technology, dedicated to microgeneration distributed through the use of biogas generated by swine.
