Abstract
We discuss the effects of speed on the user´s point of view of the overlapping region in a mobile cellular personal communication network environment. In particular, we consider two different methods of assigning priorities to the regions under consideration: actual and differential methods. Finally, we specify an n-dimensional approach to the handover issue by which an outside observer´s point of view or the given personal communication system (PCS) can be analytically described
