Abstract :
This paper is aimed at evaluation of problems of fracture properties of bone cements. We studied the fracture surface of bone cement SMARTSET HV. The part of this work is the procedure for preparing samples of bone cement SMARTSET HV. Prepared specimens were used for impact test and bending test. The porosity of bone cements on the fracture surfaces was evaluated. All the experiments were performed on the device Dynstat. To assess the fracture surface of bone cement the SEM microscope was used.
