Abstract :
According to the working principle of the snail canal inductance, a kind of snail canal differential inductance sensor is designed and a new method of signal processing is introduced. In this method, excitation signal providing and signal processing are implemented with AD698 which encompasses the functions of carrier occurring, signal amplification, phase sensitive detection and filtering, etc. The result of using the snail canal differential inductance sensor and the signal processing module shows that the system has the characteristics of high integration, simple and practical and can improve calculating efficiency effectively.
