  • Abstract
One of the main problems of the widely used Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing systems is the high peak-to-average power ratio of the transmitted signal. This paper presents a new hybrid peak-to-average power ratio reduction technique, which combines the clipping method with a new signal compression function. The paper highlights the performance and advantages of the proposed technique and compares it with other existing methods.
