Abstract
This paper presents a new transmission technology which promises a high reliability for large capacity 16 QAM (for land mobile communications) based on a newly proposed analytic receiving and data on envelopment (DOE) technique. Such degradation as caused from Gaussian thermal and rather frequency selective fading are recovered through differential detection both for amplitude and phase
