Abstract :
At present, the bar cord is used and read by optical reader in the charge system. It consumes much time to find out the tag and to place it in front of the reading equipment. It is necessary to develop wireless tag, which includes receiver and transmitter in a small electronics device. One of the problems is that the electric power supply system to the device should make small in size. In this study, activation of the small sized electronic chip device by wireless microwave power transmission is considered. The trial production of microwave power supply system is studied and analyzed by simulation of finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. Also, the design of suitable antenna for the electronic chip device is analyzed
