Abstract :
This paper describes briefly the microminiaturization process, the present situation and the development trend of the microwave/millimeter wave circuit. It is confident that combination of the MIMIC and the MEMS will extend a new area of science and technology as well as a good prospect of various applications. In the future, the microwave/millimeter wave circuit will inevitably develop toward the nanometer dimension electron devices and systems
