Abstract :
Data integration and sharing of crop germplasm resources investigation is the key to optimize and utilize efficiently crop germplasm resources. Based on the analysis of the traditional data integration solutions and technical features of enterprise service bus (ESB), an ESB-based architecture of integration and sharing for crop germplasm resources investigation is presented. And the data mapping and conversion model, work data flow are detailed. In the architecture, the consistency of the messages encapsulation is solved by using SOAP and the data mapping of heterogeneous database are processed by XSL processor. Lastly, an effective integrated development environment to implement the architecture is recommended. The paper is designed to solve the problems of information islands in crop germplasm resources investigation data, to provide the complete and accurate data for decisionmaking. And the work is an important component of crop germplasm resources investigation information systems.
