Abstract
We have suggested how a a technical organisation can transform effectively into results-oriented, strategy-focused business. We have also identified some of the key elements needed to introduce performance measurement, as a driver, to move an organisation from a primarily financial focus to a performance focus. We also believe that we have highlighted the critical role played by both management and employees in delivering the project
