Abstract
The radio link performance of CDMA cellular system has a great importance on evaluating the overall system capacity. The CDAT (CDMA system performance Analysis Tool) has been developed to analyze and evaluate the CDMA system performance data, such as Eb/No, power control threshold, frame error rate, and handoff parameters.
