Abstract :
The supervisory control system is the main component of the rocket launcher training simulator in the need of teaching and training, which is applied to scout and examine the gunner´s operation. It is composed of three functions: motoring control, examining and managing. The geometrical models of operation stations for the supervisory control system are modeled based on the software of Multigen-Creator. With the SCM of ADuC-812, the operating information is inverted to the control information to droved the visual model to move, and then the monitoring function comes true based on functions of Vega and VC++. On the software of VisualBasic6.0, auto-examination module is developed to examine the gunners on training and theoretic knowledge. Transmission of data between the operation stations and supervisory control system comes true with the technology of serial communication. Finally, the software for supervisory control system is developed with VisualBasic6.0. It meets the requirement of training in real time monitoring applications.
