Abstract :
The process of software development project is divided into such phases as requirements, design, coding and testing phases. During the project planning period, only by an accurate grasp of customer demands, can we prepare a definite project scope specification and create the project work breakdown structure (WBS). There are differences in culture and organizational background, technology and focus among stakeholders of project, the project manager should integrate multi-perspective views by making use of effective communication management to achieve eventual success of the project.
