Abstract :
Advanced heterogeneous systems are fabricated in dedicated technologies. If a designer attempts to integrate standalone devices into one heterogeneous system, some particular problems of the mixed modeling appear. This paper discusses the problem and presents a novel method of the desired model generation and the device simulation.
