Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of technological innovation capability and the evolution path of Chinese firms´ technological innovation capability. Then we discuss how to enhance a firm´s capabilities through integration of technological and organizational innovation. Finally, we describe the types of firm´s governance structure, which did enhance and promote the motivation of technological innovation in Chinese firms
