Abstract :
In this paper, generation of subterahertz train of ultrashort solitonlike pulses from a weak-modulated signal is simulated within optical fibers using the beam propagation method. Normalized modulation frequency required to achieve the ultrashort pulses with minimum widths at the fiber output is presented.
