  • Abstract
    This paper describes a methodology to evaluate the condition of a given medium voltage urban cable network using fuzzy logic. Furthermore, it allows an asset-manager to estimate future network conditions on the basis of the actual network state. The goal of this work is to facilitate the decision-making for upcoming investments to be made in the grid, by determining not only the actual (or future) state of the whole network but also the weak points of the considered system.
