Abstract
The direct digital frequency synthesizer circuit, the frequency and phrase of which are controlled, is designed on the basis of presenting the structure and principles of direct digital frequency synthesizer. The DDS system design is realized utilizing VHDL language, and receives functional simulation in the development environment of QurtusII and MATLAB. Finally, using the device of FLEX of ALTERA Company as a hardware design platform, the DDS system receives correlative experimental tests. The experiment result shows that the simulation and experiment are of great consistency, which proves the validity of the method.
