Abstract
By utilizing the method of thermo-gravimetric analysis, the paper researches the pyrolysis characteristics and dynamics of cornstalk, which is the main fuel of a Hebei thermoelectric station. The samples were heated by 10, 20, 40 degC/min in the high pure N2 which was used as reacting and protecting gas, until heated at about 750degC. The results show that: the agravic process of the sample is made up of three stages which include the deprivation, dramatic weightlessness and slow weightlessness. With the rise of heating rate, the maximum decompose rate and its corresponding temperatures increases and the volatilization of the sample releases faster. The pyrolysis reaction dynamics equation of cornstalk is established, and obtained the parameters of cornstalk´s pyrolysis reaction dynamics, and discussed its pyrolysis mechanism.
