Abstract :
Education is an important part of modern service industry. After reviewing the present status of higher vocational education and analyzing the problems existing in curriculum set by higher vocational education in china, we proposed the GAP-QFD educational service satisfaction diagnosis model from the perspective of service satisfaction diagnosis in education. QFD is used to expand the functions of the quality of educational services while GAP model is used to measure the quality. In the case study section, we made a questionnaire survey about students´ satisfaction for the curriculum set by a Nanjing higher vocational school. Then by using the GAP-QFD educational service satisfaction diagnosis model, we presented some analytical findings, and discussed the direction of curriculum reform.
