Abstract :
The Grey Relation Analysis (GRA) with weight is presented in this paper. Specifically, the inhomogeneous weights-making model based on Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is introduced, which can overcome the regret between subjective values and homogenization evaluation. Through the cost-effectiveness on input and output index analysis of Institution of Higher Educations (IHEs), the evaluation index system is built. Moreover, according to managerial benefit conducts in 8 similar undergraduate colleges, an empirical analysis based on the DEA-GRA model is studied, whose results show that this model method in the managerial benefit evaluation of higher school has many advantages, such as suitability. And the evaluation result is coincident to actual situation.
