Abstract :
Behavioral models for RF devices are often based on single-tone data. However, this ype of excitation is not representative of the digital modulation to which many RF devices are subjected in teleconimunication systems. In this work, we show that the use of multisine excitation renders the modelling more eficientfi.om both the experiment design and the data handling points of view, without loss of accuracy.
