Abstract :
This paper makes a comprehensive investigation, analysis, summary and arrangement on the impact of those factors for contributor to select journals, and applies the Delphi method and AHP to research the weight of those main factors quantificational. The studies results shows that the costs of thesis publication, the level and social influence of journal, as well as the cycle of publication of the thesis, are the most important factors for contributor selection journals to delivery a paper. Finally, use the decision-making of grey incidence degree to help contributors to choose journal. It is certain significance both for contributors to select journals and the magazine improve jobs standards.
