Abstract :
An multilevel gray evaluation method is proposed to conduct a more comprehensive assessment and analysis of the urbanization development status of Shanxi Province during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period. By confirming the achievements, identifying gaps and explicating development direction, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions for promoting the process of urbanization and some problems which are needed to be solved in Shanxi Province during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period.
