Abstract :
According to the excellent 110-meter hurdles athletes registered in the ITFA (International Track and Field Association) from around the world, a variety of Grey Prediction methods are employed to predict each athlete´s individual development as well as the development pattern of the world´s 110-meter hurdles of the coming 2 years. Additionally, Liu Xiang´s best competitive standard which he may reach in 2012 and the major competitive environments Liu may be faced are discussed. This paper provides a detailed suggestions to the training preparation of the 2012 London Olympics.
