Abstract :
As the development of network and distributed techniques, various kinds of resources that may be helpful to them in complex tasks are surrounding the agents. This paper is aimed at enabling robots to utilize such a distributed resources environment, and is mainly focused on service selection methods for distributed resources. This paper presents a service selection mechanism based on functional matching which defines some matching rules among different services and the requirement in order to enable agents to search for resources according to their task requirements. The experimental result demonstrates validity of our method.
