Identification of stakeholders for the brownfield redevelopement based on grey correlation

To address the complexity and particularity of the brownfield redevelopment, this paper conducts a systematic analysis of the stakeholders in brownfeild redevelopment, by combining the Mitchell´s theory and the grey correlation theory. The analysis presents an exhaustive stakeholder list, assigns the attributes to all stakeholders, and calculates the grey relational coefficients for each of stakeholder. The stakeholders are classified into three categories by the grey relational coefficients according to three attributes. The proposed analytical method has been proved to be effective by a numerical example.
