Abstract :
Employee´s personnel management system is important in the corporate strategy. However, a present personnel management system is strongly colored by the payroll accounting and the personal management, and doesn´t necessarily widely support a personnel business. Then, we use negative feelings information system that appropriates the focus to negative feelings information system of the employee, collects negative feelings information system of the employee in the conceptual schema (input), converts the processed negative feelings information data into positive feelings information, and outputs it. The recognition database of negative feelings information system was constructed by using the database for the recognition system of negative feelings information. Three kinds of data is converted into three kinds of positive feelings information on the sight (color) that is senses, sense of smell (fragrance), and aural (music) in this text and outputs. In the evaluation in the effect verification, employee´s self-stress management can be done, the workplace environment be improved, and the improvement of the work efficiency and productivity be expected.
