  • Abstract
    This paper describes the initial design and implementation of a computer simulator for a mobile telephone system. The goal of this project is to develop a software simulator to help NASA in the design of an LMSS (Land Mobile Satellite System). This simulator will be used to study the characteristics and implementation requirements of the LMSS configuration with specifications as outlined by NASA.
