Abstract
Based on the electrostatic precipitator´s distributed control system, the ESP intellective management software was developed. According to the software, the real-time monitor could be achieved and the expert knowledge base was established, by which, faults diagnosis could be realized. Basing the outlet dust turbidity on fact, the closed loop control would be achieved to realize the energy management. Meanwhile, the operation efficiency of ESP could be forecasted according to the coal category and the boiler´s running conditions.
