Abstract :
Evaluating the operating performance of listed airlines is of great significance for airlines and investors. This paper builds a multi-level index evaluation system, and in view of the “small samples, poor information” feature of the evaluated objects, the paper uses multi-level grey incidence model to evaluate the performance of four listed airlines. The result shows that the performance of Air China is the best, followed by Hainan Airlines, but the overall performance level of the four listed airlines is not high. This conclusion is basically consistent with the reality, which suggests the evaluation index and evaluation model are scientific and practical to some extent.
