Abstract :
In this paper, the wave scattering by finite-size cylindrical reflectors and multielement strip gratings are studied. The use of parametric representations of integral and pseudo-differential equations for deriving singular and hypersingular integral equations is demonstrated in simplest cases. These equations are solved numerically by the method of discrete singularities, which has been completely grounded.
