Abstract :
A grey BP Neural network model is proposed in this paper to forecast the support cost of some weapon equipment. Founding operating, support cost models and determination methods for support cost of parameter´s variation are discussed in details. Then the grey artificial neural-based hybrid model is designed to identify the factors that affect the operating and support cost of the three key indicators index for the assessment of parameters including ground to some equipment to achieve operating, support cost for the use of scientific control and prediction. Hence, this method can provide a certain reference value to assist the research and development of weapons systems.
