Abstract
The problem of synthesis nonuniform stationary and quasistationary impedance planes reflecting a homogeneous flat wave in the given direction on required polarization with shift of frequency is solved in strict statement. The law of the impedance distribution is received in an obvious form. Restrictions on a class of realizable diagram patterns are formulated, reflection factor for a plane wave scattered from a nonuniform impedance plane are received. The rigorous solution of analysis problem is obtained in analytically closed form. The bistatic and monostatic scattering diagrams are considered.
