Abstract :
With the increase of dispersed generation systems, the increase of unpredictable power fluctuation in the electrical network gives cause for anxiety. Especially, the restriction of the output power fluctuation caused by uncontrollable generation systems such as photovoltaic generation systems has been investigating actively, as the fluctuation have potentialities to deteriorate the stability and quality of the power network. However, the power fluctuation caused by the loads can also have the same potentialities. Thus, the influence of these fluctuations on the distribution network system should not be investigated independently.
