Abstract :
Grey DEA model is a non-deterministic efficiency measurement model on basis of the concept of relative efficiency used to evaluate and make decision-making with uncertain information. In view of this, grey DEA model is used to make performance evaluation on university S&T intermediary agencies according to the index data from other researches, and then some insightful results are discussed.
