Abstract :
With the rising number of obesity at the world level, several researches are carried out for the purpose to identify the other causes and alternative treatment of this disease. This paper relates to the process of human mastication levels of obesity, based on the literature that discusses this relationship. In it, we propose a model of dynamic control of the human masticatory process applied to an intelligent fork, which, in addition to also identifies the speed and amount of food ingested.
