Abstract
The phased array composed from printed radiators is considered. This antenna can be applied as radiation array in spiraphase focusing system. The printed element shape is arbitrary. The structure contains controlled elements (crystal diodes). These array electromagnetic characteristics are controlled by diodes. The mathematical model is obtained by integral equation method. Microstrip spiral radiators current distribution and input impedance are investigated. The numerical results can be used to develop antennas with optimum parameters.
