Abstract
A training performance indicator model that organizes the types of performance indicators currently thought to be worthwhile in monitoring, training effectiveness is discussed. The model contains twelve categories of indicators. Each category is described using sample indicators, and the use of the model for the improvement of evaluation practices is discussed.<>
