Abstract :
Taking the catastrophe theory as a foundation, in the paper a swallowtail catastrophe model of logistics capacity is established for logistics system of national economic mobilization. First the model sets logistics capacity as state variable, and logistic flux change rate, logistic velocity change rate, time change rate as three control variables. Next, the break points and its steady points of logistic capacity are discussed and ascertained. Finally, an example of application is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.
